Decorations: Decorations should be family-friendly and appropriate for children.
Candy: Bring store-bought, individually wrapped candy to distribute. You can also consider providing non-candy treats like bubbles, stickers, or temporary tattoos.
Vehicles: Each vehicle will have a parking space and should be decorated in some way. If you need power for decorations, you'll need to provide your own.
Arrival/Departure: Trunk participants should arrive with their decorated vehicles by 5:30pm in order to be prepared to begin passing out candy at 6:00pm when the event begins. Vehicles may arrive as early as 5:00pm should they require additional set-up time. We ask that no vehicles leave prior to 8:00pm when the event ends.

We have last-minute openings for food trucks at our Sunflower Festival this Saturday, August 10th, from 1pm to 8pm! Unfortunately, we had some cancellations due to unforeseen health issues. If you're interested, please send us a message on here, or email info@todayfarm.net.
All other vendor applications are due by the end of day tomorrow, Tuesday, August 6th! Vendor payments MUST be paid in advance. We will send out payment details shortly.
